Product: HP OfficeJet 8015e All-in-One Printer

I have been using the printer for several years, wireless and hard wired and with my iPhone.  I turned the printer off on Friday as we were going away for the weekend.  I came back Sunday night and the printer prompted me to set up, as if new.  I have tried 10+ times, using my Win11 laptop and iPhone and cannot "finish printer setup"  I've uninstalled the printer from my PC, uninstalled the app from my phone.... stuck in an endless loop of finish setup and unable to print.
