me ayuda a econtrar el archivo HP_Color_LaserJet_Pro_MFP_4301-4303_Firmware_6.17.2.23-202403281608.exe , no le encontre en internet .

Firmware updates usually contain security updates to protect the integrity of your network and as such, HP does not generally provide outdated firmware for that reason. If you are working with an HP service partner they may be able to obtain an older firmware to assist in troubleshooting. Your only option is typically looking online, but this presents it's own challenges in that you may get an altered firmware with malware in it.
