Operating System: Ubuntu LTS

I have just found (because the link sent me to a bad url) HP_P1102w_P1109_FW_Update_20201012.exe. But this is a Windows executable. How do I install the presumably contained firmware to my printer from an Ubuntu system?

I went to the link to HPLIP but there doesn't seem to be any mention of firmware.

I actually already have HPLIP 3.20.6 installed. I believe this is the latest.

What I'm looking for is the latest firmware and instructions on how to install it.
