Product: Officejet 6500

Is there any way to restore firmware to NVRAM after doing an #9 reset.  Printer just gives a General Printer Error 0x61011beb now.  Did reset to try to fix a false "Paper jam" that was due to stuck ink drawer.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the "0x.." error. 

 

Have you tried the steps - A 'Paper Jam' Error Displays on the HP Officejet 6500A and 6500A Plus e-All-in-One Printer Series

 

Try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

 

If the issue still persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
