Hello,

I have a brand new Color LaserJet Printer Pro that has been trying to run a firmware update and it has been unsuccessful the last few attempts. Due to the firmware not updating, I'm unable to print any materials for my business. How can I successfully get this update completed so I can proceed with day-to-day printing needs for the business? I did confirm the printer was successfully connected to our Wi-Fi as well. I will include the full name for the printer down below. Thank you.

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

Please do a Wireless Reset and then connect the printer back to the network again before trying a Firmware update.
