Hello @tuudac, Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding the HP LaserJet Pro MFP M182n.

We appreciate the opportunity to assist you and are glad we could help work toward a resolution. We hope our support has been valuable.

At this time, we would like to gently clarify that firmware downgrade is not supported or recommended by HP. Attempting to install an older firmware version can lead to unexpected behavior, security vulnerabilities, or compatibility issues that may affect the overall performance and reliability of the printer.

That said, you may certainly check for any newer firmware updates available for your printer. Installing the latest firmware ensures your device benefits from the most recent improvements, enhanced stability, and updated security features.

You can check and update the firmware using:

  • HP Smart App
  • Embedded Web Server (EWS)
  • Official HP Support Website

Take care and have an amazing day!

I'm an HP Employee.

Your best option is to check with your cartridge vendor as they often can provide older firmware and guidance on installing, however as pointed out, downgrading is not without risk.
