Good morning, I need to know this about my new printer OfficeJet Pro 7720: if I reset the machine to the factory setting, this action will also restore the old firmware, or remains the latest firmware installed?

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that you want printer information, I am glad to assist you.

Even if you perform a factory reset on the printer it will not make any changes to printer firmware.
