Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My OfficeJet 8710 has been working fine until the firmware was automatically updated 4 days ago. Now it is blocking the ink cartridges I have installed and have been using for months. I need the prior firmware.

I was able to downgrade the firmware, but I am still getting the error that the HP Magenta cartridge is a continuous ink system and is not supported. I will try a new set of cartridges.
