Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I would like some help, after HP updated, the toners stopped working. I can't find the previous version so I can make it work again. We spent  a lot of money on toner, we even had problems with the original, a technician came and he said the machine was in perfect condition, now we put a similar one due to the cost and it worked, but soon after thisupdate it stopped for good, simply blocked. I think it's absurd because after we buy the product, we do whatever we want with it and whatever happens is our consequence.

HAD THEY WRITTEN IN PORTUGUESE PREVIOUSLY, THEY SAID THAT THE RESPONSE 
WOULD BE QUICKER IN ENGLISH AND TO THE MOMENT THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED? 
HOW IS IT POSSIBLE TO REPLY ME QUICKLY TO CHANGE THE WAY IT WAS WRITTEN AND 
NOW THAT IT IS THE WAY THEY REQUESTED IT TO TAKE SO LONG?
