I have an HP 4002 printer. I currently have the following firmware on it:

VersionYOSHINXXXN002.2303B.00
Date2023-01-20

 

I wanted to update the firmware. On the support page for this printer (https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/hp-laserjet-pro-4001-4004n-dn-dw-d-printer-series/model/3591160... only the latest firmware version is available - Version 2527B from 13 august 2025.


Unfortunately, I've tried multiple times and the update fails. Each time I try, I get an error, the printer resets, and it still has the old firmware. I thought there might have been several updates in the last two years, so I wanted to update the older ones first before upgrading to the latest version.

 

Where can I download the previous firmware update for this printer?
