Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After a new Firmware download occurred my MFP M281 Color laserJet Pro printer will not iniatalize . Keeps saying supply problem with a picture of the cartridges . It worked fine for months until this download. All cartridges are  at least 50% full. In addition to supply issue. I get a 79 Service error?

We will have to downgrade the printer firmware to resolve this issue.

 

I have sent you a private message with a set of instructions to perform a reset. Kindly check the same, this might help you to resolve this issue. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Firmware update on laser jet pro  MFP M281fdw causes service error 79 and printer keeps rebooting continuously.  Can you send me instructions on how to downgrade firmware, or any other help.  Thank you.
