Product: HP ScanJet Pro N4000 snw1 Sheet-feed Scanner
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

 I startet the upgrade to the newest version of the firmware. Now it hangs at the blue screen "Updating SPI Flash... 00%". I cannot cancel, I can connect to the scanner via network, but cant interrupt it an he will not start.

The link you sent is just to download the firmware. I have the firmware but when i tried to install it, the scanner saying in updating SPI flash and doesn't go further.
