My OfficeJet Pro 6968 printer has a critical firmware update that won't download due to being enrolled in Instant Ink. I've tried many different things and ultimately I get the answer that Instant Ink is aware of this problem and they can push a firmware update from their end.  However, I cannot seem to reach out to HP Instant Ink support.  Therefore, I'm trying this route.  

 

In addition, I'm trying to fix another problem, which may be due to this update needing installed.  My cyan ink won't print and if it does, it prints fine, light streaks. I've tried cleaning the printheads, doing an alignment and everything available on the menu MANY times.  

 

Please help!
