Product: Envy 5530
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My 5530 has quit scanning. I have tried a hardware reset to no avail. When I tried the firmware upgrade it said I was current and would not do anything. Is there a way to force the firmware upgrade to make sure it is good?

You can't re-upload the same version of firmware. Can you make a simple b/w copy to test the functionality of the scanning part of the printer?

I have tried that. The machine just sits there. The LCD says it is copying, but nothing happens.
