hi people reading, 

our wifi password has changed recently. to get the printer back online in the network it is required to edit the wifi settings on the EWS. to grant access i need to login as admin but just lost this god **bleep** password. i remember that i changed the default one to custom a long time ago, crap.

 

i would like to entirely reset the printer if possible. or is there another way of solving this problem?

I understand you need help in resetting your HP DeskJet 2630 All-In-One Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer. 

 

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
