Forgot EWS User and Passwort

Hello all, I need help. Unfortunately, I can no longer get to any settings on my printer. The EWS always requires an admin password. Unfortunately, I do not know this. Even if I reset to factory settings, I have to enter the password. How do I get the password or can reset this? ☹️

You could try restoring the network settings

Press and Hold cancel and Wireless Button for 5 seconds

If the issue persists please contact HP Support in your region for service options

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
