HP Tango X

I recently moved houses and am trying to set-up my Tango X.  I am trying to connect my printer to my WiFi however, I have forgotten my Tango X password.  When in WiFi settings, it is asking me to put in the Tango password to connect to the WiFi, not the WiFi password.  Is there a work-around?

Hi @LJKaplan,

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you

The default wifi direct password is 12345678

Wi-Fi direct is a method that connects your printer directly to your phone or computer using default or an assigned password, the drawback of this type of connection is that you will not be able to access the internet and print at the same time.

Follow the steps in the document to connect the printer to the network, click here

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
