Product: Envy6000

I just bought an HP Envy 6000 series All-in-one that came with 3-months free trial instant ink. The leaflet inside said just to enroll while doing the setup (but gave no codes) which was interrupted for me. I enrolled for the free trial on instatink.hpconnected.com but got only 1 month for 15 pages. How can I get my free trial?
