Hello and Happy New Year
I have a HP LaserJet Pro 500 Color MFP M570dn (aka CZ271A).
This morning, I successfully uninstalled all HP software from my Alienware Windows 11 laptop and successfully reinstalled the latest software and drivers from your website.
My goal was to fix my problem printing -- front to back -- Microsoft PowerPoint 365 documents and Adobe Acrobat Pro Continuous Release documents.
Interesting, I can print front to back Microsoft Word 365 documents without problem.
However, when I attempt to print front to back PowerPoint and Adobe documents, the reverse sides of the pages are distorted text and pictures.
Your help is GREATLY appreciated.
Vr, Michael Rader

Repairatrooper. Thank you for your expert advice. I uninstalled all Hewlett-Packard software, rebooted, and installed the latest version of HP's Universal Printer Driver (UPD) from their website. I accepted the UPD's recommendation to uninstall all previously installed drivers. Next, I rebooted and installed the HP software for my printer from their website. My computer is Windows 11, but it appears HP does not yet have a Windows 11 version of software for my printer (which could contribute to the underlying issue). Lastly, I rebooted and tested front-to-back printing of a PDF and a PPT. Sorry to report, sir, but the problem was not resolved by the UPD. Although I can patiently wait for a Windows 11 version of HP software for my printer, I am open to further advice from you / the community to fix in the near term my front-to-back printing problem. Vr, Mike

Not sure what drivers you installed but my suggestion would be to use the HP Universal Printer Driver to try and resolve this issue.
I am a volunteer, offering my knowledge to support fellow users, I do not work for HP nor speak for HP.

Repairatrooper. Your UPD solution worked 😃. I can now print front-to-back PDF and PPT. Microsoft still has (apparently) a registry issue, but manual selection of the UPD printer is an acceptable workaround. Thank you for your expert advice. I accepted your solution in the Forum. Best wishes for an exceptional 2024. Vr, Mike
