On my MacBook Air running OS Monterey I managed to over rule Air Print with its limited Print Dialogue Box to the full Dialogue Box thereby enabling me to bring up the Booklet option for printing. I have now emigrated all my files and settings to a new Mini Mac M4 running OS Sequoia and find I can only get the limited Air Print Dialogue Box and therefore no Booklet printing option which appears in the full Dialogue.  I have tried all the suggested options  that appear in earlier posts and when the problem is "Googled:,  the last being  to use the HP Printer EWS and disable Air Print. Unfortunately nothing seems to work and if anyone can offer some advice I shall really appreciate it.

Thank you for trying to help, followed your advice and reinstalled the printer accordingly. Unfortunately I still can't get the full Dialogue Box.

Thank you for your advice. The printer is an HP Smart Tank 7000 series. I tried resetting the printer as per your suggestion, unfortunately it still did not solve the problem.
