Hello!

 

I need an instruction to do Full Factory reset for HP LaserJet Pro MFP M28w.

 

I see multiple topics on this forum, but answers are providing via personal messages, so I've had to ask for a one.

When I try to add a printer via HP Smart Windows app, it keeps asking me for the device password, which is unknown to me. Please, don't suggest me using a mobile app, and just send me a manual for factory reset. Thank you!
