Product: HP ENVY Inspire 7955e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I would like to get the drivers for my HP Envy 7955e printer. The website nor the techs can help me. I don't understand how HP can't help me with my computer issue downloading the drivers. Can anyone help me?

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

Can you download and install the HP FULL Solution Software for your operating system:
https://support.hp.com/sg-en/drivers/swdetails/hp-envy-inspire-7900e-series/model/2100402074/swItemI...

 

Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.
