Go here and select your operating system assume windows.

The firmware is here.

Unless I am mistaken, you will need to temporarily connect the USB cable to the printer to update firmware.

 

You wrote "Full_Webpack-63.6.6354-SJ0001_Full_Webpack.exe" which is the full feature scanning software, not firmware.  It is for x64 type PC and will not run on an ARM type CPU
