Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am trying to print a body of work on my 80 lb linen cardstock. Last week, I downloaded the full driver/full feature software using Easy Start and was able to change the paper type so that I could print on cardstock with my Deskjet 3755. Somehow the settings or driver reverted and now I cannot change the paper type to print on cardstock. Only a handful of options appear now (HP Glossy Photo, Plain Paper, HP Matte Photo, Other Glossy & Matte Paper). I have exhausted myself uninstalling and reinstalling Easy Start and the full web pack driver, but the option to change the paper type will not come back and it keeps installing as the Basic Software feature even though I keep downloading the full driver version. I'm so confused. Does anyone have a solution to fix this issue?
