HP OfficeJet Pro 8022 All-in-One Printer

Hi, does anyone know how to fully factory reset an OfficeJet Pro 8022?

The problem is, the printer has been broken for a year now, unfortunately the printer says "An internal communication failure has occurred in the Fax Module" and has now ceased to print at all.

I've only owned the printer a few years and it has only done shy of 500 pages.. Not impressed. Having give up now and bought a new one. I've factory reset this device, only to find the email addresses in the ePrint scan function still remain. Unfortunately both are email addresses I no longer have access to and no longer exist so I cannot reset the PIN to remove them.

Such a shame because the machine is in immaculate condition and was in perfect working order, but now since it thinks there's something wrong with the fax feature (I've never used the fax), it has played up like crazy and now refuses to do anything. No idea how this has happened but I do wonder if a bad firmware has been put onto the printer which has essentially.. written it off. Not very planet friendly at all.

I can't see any online ePrint login portal which would give the option to clear the printers settings for good, I think at this point it's destined for the dump.

Thank you
