Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

My hp officejet 6500 is giving me this error message: General Printer Error - (0x61011beb). It doesn't resolve with turning it off and on. Help?

@Peeptastic, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

A 0x error indicates a hardware issue with the printer. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - '0xc19a0005' or Similar Error Code Displays.

 

If the error persists, I'm afraid the printer has gone bad. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer. 

 

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
