Question: I am trying to get printer drivers without installers for Windows 10. I am installing printers on my Server 2012R2 & 2016 print servers. After HP made changes to their website (about 2 weeks ago), I have had trouble getting basic drivers without an installer for several of your HP printers. For example: LaserJet Pro MFP M428fdn, Color LaserJet M452dn, Color LaserJet M454dn, and several other business grade printers/MFPs. I tried www.download-hp.com and having the same problem.
Anyone have any ideas?

Hi,
All printers still have a No installer option in the site, within the Basic Drivers subcategory, it is just the site layout which was changed.
Here are all drivers with No Installed for windows 10 64-bit:
M428fdn:
M452dn:
M454dn:
And as an example of the website layout, it is all there with no much difference:

Thanks for your help!!
The ftp hyperlinks worked fine and was able to download the drivers.
However the hyperlink for Self Service layout, did not work. Do you know how to contact HP and tell them that their Self Service Support for Printers layout on their website is not working correctly.
Again, Thank You for Your Help.

Hi,
It does work, otherwise, I could not access it too.
Please try accessing it using I Private or Incognito mode and check if you may see any difference, if you are able to access it I suggest clearing your browser cache.
What happens when you try accessing the HP support site - What exact error or behavior occurs?
What browser do you use? Have you tried accessing it from another browser?
