Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

it appears that HP no longer supports this product and I don't have an install disk.  My "troubleshooter" says I need to update the driver.  Is there a solution to my issue other than purchasing a new printer?

You will hardly find a driver that will make your printer fully functional in the new OS that model isn't supported for a few years now.
