HP ENVY 6430e All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

I'm using an HP Envy x360 laptop and trying to print to an HP Envy 6400e wireless printer. I installed, uninstalled, updated the drivers, rebooted, etc. and I am still getting a message on my computer that says "setup incomplete" for the printer.  The computer will send a command and the printer will receive a command because it starts up, but it won't print anything and jobs just queue up. Any suggestions?? Thanks

              Hello dbl1,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Turn off the computer or mobile device that you are attempting to print from. If the printer was set up on a network wirelessly or with an Ethernet cable, restart the router. If necessary, reconnect the power cord to the printer and to a wall outlet, and then turn on the printer.
