On every startup of my computer on which I removed the drivers and software years ago, I get the popup message:
C:/Program files/HP/HPPhotosmart7520 series/bin/HPStatusbl.dll/ - this module cannot be found. I went to the location and deleted all the files but that did not help.
Any solutions out there?
Nelson

Hi,
Thanks for using the HP Support Community.
Can you try this:
At the Search (bottom left corner), type, Startup. (you can also get to this by <Ctrl + Alt + Delete> and select Task Manager)
Scroll through and fnd the old HP files and then "Disable" (right click and select Disable)
Hope that helps!

Hi,
From File Explorer type %appdata%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup into the address bar and press Enter.
Delete the Monitor Ink Alerts shortcut of the Non-Existing printer and the error should no longer appear.

Shlomi
