Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9015 All-in-One Printer

Hp office jet pro 9015 printer. Getting message update could not be downloaded.  I do not have my printer plugged into a computer. I use my printer wireless to my phone and iPad. Any suggestions on what to do?

HP Recommended

This is a problem on HP's side that only they can fix.  Until they can fix thier servers you will need to disable the automatic firmware updates:

 

Run the HP Smart application and choose "Printer Settings" which will take you to the embedded web GUI for the printer and then choose "SETTINGS" from the menu at the top.

On the left side click the + next to "Security" and choose "Administrator Settings"

Scroll all the way down to the bottom and uncheck both printer update boxes.
