Print won't print gif. Error claims file type is not supported.

Hi,

GIF type is not a supported file format for both HP Smart or the HP Print Service plugin indeed.

 

HP Smart:

Under Print a document or photo:

Android devices: Photos (JPEG, PNG) and PDF documents.

What file formats can I print?

  • Photos (JPEG, PNG)
  • PDF
  • Microsoft Office files
