HP LaserJet P2015dn

Hello,

I have a problem with my HP LJ p2015dn printer. The Go and Ready lights are on. I cannot print from my computer. I can print reports directly from the printer. I have not found such a problem in the documentation that these two lights are lit. What can I do to print from the computer?

How are you connecting?

 

If USB, do you get the connection acknowledgement on the computer if you disconnect and reconnect the USB. If on network are you able to access the Embedded Web Server by typing in the IP address into the address bar of your browser? If the answer is no to your connection method then I would try to perform a factory reset, If that does not resolve the issue then likely the formatter is bad. (not uncommon on this model)
