Hp pavillion
Microsoft Windows 11

I have a monthly service with ho. Someone changed the password and has been using tech support. They say I own an hp pavilion. My devices and printers are deleted. How  or who can I call? I don’t have a serial number to a device that I don’t own. Please help. I would really appreciate any advice . Thank you.

Welcome to the HP Community --

Interesting - I've not heard of someone hacking a SmartFriend account for the purpose of changing the equipment list and using the support services.

Considering you say the account was hacked using the password, consider changing passwords elsewhere -- you have a security leak somewhere, I think.  Too, private information is in that service account - Contact your bank?  Sounds like fraud.

I've forwarded your concern to our Moderator team for evaluation.

SmartFriend Services

 Out-of-Warranty Supports – Purchase Options

Open the SmartFriend Data Sheet - Contact Information

Scroll down to section “Service by Region” and check for the contact options in your region / location.
