HP DeskJet 2755 All-in-One Printer
  • Couldn't print anything for a while so went through HP Smart got tech phine number driver corrupted they say need protection remote access they say gonna coat $xxx they say ..I need these documents the next day and thought I was talking to HP ..so I did it cringing the entire time then they send paperwork and it is Cyber Help Solutions 

Out of Arizona I questioned who I was talking to about this and they said that they work for HP call center for support.. sounds believable no offense but all call centers seem to answered by people with the same accent ... overseas somewhere? 

Now not only do neither of my computers work properly but now they ewally are infected with viruses that I need to pay to remove but can't because I gave them the last of my $$. 

Now what HP ? Do you not monitor sites for this kind of thing? Maybe Google ypur own company and see if numbers are correct ...or Check your HP Smart app ? The phone number gave me to these people that have destroyed my computers they now make great paperweights ! So now all I have is my phone and a printer that works now after I did some things since almost immediately after running test pages and gotnoff phone they got off my computer I tried to print and it would not work after all of this and 2 hours time and $$$. 

Now they call me repeatedly daily even after told them they messed up my computers they want to take control again ? I don't think so not after we reading stuff online about them! So I guess call me dumb and confused!

I see that you are facing an issue with printing on your printer.

Are you able to make a copy on the printer standalone? (Place an original document on the scanner glass and make a copy to confirm hardware is working fine)

 

To understand the issue and help you, please share the details listed below:

 

- How was your printer connected to the devices you want to print from? (USB cable or wireless)

- Error messages or Blinking lights (if any) on the unit.

- May I know which application are you using to print?

- When was the last time your printer was working fine?

- Were there any changes made to your printer recently?

- May I know which devices are you using to print eg: Windows PC, Mac, or Smartphone (Android or iPhone)?
