I can setup Scan To Network Folder on my wife's Windows 10 laptop and my Windows 7 laptop.
All I need to do is add Everyone with full control to the Permissions list for the folder.
Voila! Works like clockwork.
However, on my Windows 10 desktop (home built with valid license), I cannot get it to Test approved.
The Windows 7 does not use a sign in but the Windows 10 laptop does with a pin number.
Why am I having such a hard time with my Windows 10 desktop?

After lengthy discussion with tech support, even after doing everything right on my ends, it turns out that you still need a Windows 10 password when setting up the Scan To Network Folder options.
However, on my Windows 7 laptop, I never used a password and it works just fine.
