My product name is HP Deskjet 5820. Its been 5-6 years since i bought this product. Recently i noticed some issues with it like:
When i open a page [edit] and try to print it it is showing me mobile view of the website in the printing dialogue box, but at the same time when i switch to Microsoft Print to PDF, its working normally.
I tried the same thing with another site: [edit] this is my own site, it is showing properly, in page as well as print.
Interesting fact is that, When i opened the first website in Microsoft Edge, the print dialogue box works perfectly, as expected. Need to find this error, as this is delaying my job, as i want to print large number of posters of different movie ratings for a event.
Extra information that i gathered that might help:
1. The first website maybe using some script that is unsupported to my printer or my printer driver as its a old printer.
2. The first website i have mentioned loads, then reloads after a few seconds (due to using scripting language), while the second website is not using. So maybe using Script or loading delay is making this issue. Or anything related to script.
3. While using Google chrome and HP, its not working, but when using anything Microsoft environment (Microsoft dge, Print-to-PDF ) its working.
4. I have also tried to contact some local Print supporter , but cant find the exact issue. He told me to contact HP.
Please healp as i need to sort this thing asap.
