Product: HP Pavilion 15 Laptop PC 15-eh2000 (4V3L7AV)

New Pavilion laptop was setup just a few weeks ago.  It will not play back video history from my google nest cameras.  I've checked google's help and the common response is it's due to bandwidth, proximity to router, or interference.  I've moved this laptop right next to my router and experience nothing different.  I also have two desktops (with wireless connections) in other parts of the house, both of which play back the nest camera history just fine.   There would seem to be something about this laptop that's the root of the problem, perhaps some configuration issue?  Thanks in advance.
