I have printed grids in Numbers before and now all of a sudden the grid lines won't print. I have check and double checked the settings in Numbers and it should work. Why would they stop printing? I'm running on Mac OS Sequois 15.3.1. Please help.

Hi @DebST1,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If gridlines in Numbers are no longer printing on your HP ENVY 5055 All-in-One Printer, but they were printing before, try the following troubleshooting steps.
Check Print Settings in Numbers
- Open your spreadsheet in Numbers.
- Go to File > Print.
- Click Show Details (if available).
- Look for the Print gridlines option and ensure it's enabled.
Check Page Setup in Numbers
- Go to File > Page Setup.
- Select your printer (HP ENVY 5055).
- Under Print Options, make sure "Print Gridlines" is checked.
Adjust Gridline Color
- If gridlines are light gray or white, they might be too faint to print.
- Try changing the gridline color:
- Select the table.
- Click Format > Table > Gridlines.
- Choose a darker color (e.g., black or dark gray).
Print as a PDF
- Try printing the document as a PDF first:
- File > Print > Save as PDF.
- Open the saved PDF and print it.
- If gridlines appear in the PDF but not in the printout, the issue might be with the printer settings.
Check Printer Settings
- Open System Settings > Printers & Scanners.
- Select HP ENVY 5055, click Options & Supplies, and check if there are any settings affecting gridlines.
- Try printing in "Best" quality instead of "Draft" mode.

Reset the Printing System
If the issue persists:

Update Printer Drivers

Thank you for the response. I contacted Apple support and it appears there is not an obvious "select gridlines" option. It is a drill down to selecting all cells and then gridlines and color, which took the Apple tech 1/2 hour to figure out. He was surprised it was not as easily accessible.
