I am not able to connect to another display through hdmi , there is some driver issue . I also contacted MICROSOFT for this . They did there best to solve this bug , but they couldnt . They told me that this is some driver issue ,you should ask to HP for this now .

Hi,

Generally, no drivers are available for Windows 10 and therefore you may experience issues using a generic driver.

 

As you can find on your product support page, it doesn't support any OS later than Windows 7.

 

Right-click the Start menu and select Device Manager, expand the Display Adapters category,

 

What display driver do you see? an AMD or Intel HD Display adapter?

 

Right-click it and select Properties, click Details and select the Hardware IDs option from the menu, what is the shortest value?

 

It might be possible to locate a driver update from its manufacturer, but it is also possible that a such does not exist and therefore the issue occurs.
