Have I lost you?

Been out of service the last several days due to an extended power failure but back up now.

 

Any help would be appreciated.  I have the StarTech network device plugged into the printer and the device is seen on the network but I cannot print from either my iMac or iPhone.

Successfully added the StarTech Ethernet to Parallel Network Print Server (PM1115P2), changed its IP address to make it compatible with my network and I can ping the server.  However, though the print queue indicates it is printing, nothing happens.  Mac Big Sur has automatically chosen a generic print driver but I am guessing this is not the proper one for this printer. 

 

Can anyone offer a possible fix for this scenario?
