Greetings all! I have read several posts regarding the missing printhead error on the 8620 printer. I've done all the suggested steps from the HP Help Center, the community, and YouTube with no  error change. The last thing to try is the firmware update.  I have done the printer update via the control panel, and it says the printer is up to date, but never mentions firmware. My current firmware version is FDP1CN2022AR. Is there any way to verify what the firmware version on the product page available for download is? I'm open to any suggestions. From my reading of community notes it sounds a bit like at 5 years, it may be time for a trip to the dump. I don't want to give up without trying at least all the suggestions...    Thanks in advance

i
