HP 2135
macOS 10.15 Catalina

Hi,

I have purchased HP2135 today and found that print file cant send to print queue.
Same issue with this thread.

i have tried all the step u guys mentioned, and didn't solve the issue.

And no supply levels information appear.
Im using genuine cartridge which come with printer.

I see that you're unable to print from the computer to the printer, follow the steps below-

  • Go to System Information to check the USB detection- try different port and cable if not detected. We recommend not to use a USB hub and connect directly to the computer.
  • If you have any internet security software installed, disable and try printing.

Also, Update the printer firmware

Download available firmware updates from the HP website

With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
