I have two Surface Pro pads, one is a Pro X and the other is the Surface Pro 6 I think.  My HP 250 OfficeJet printer will not print two sided for the Pro X.  All the settings are the same on both computers for two sided printing and I have tried everything.  Both are running Windows 10.  Anyone have any ideas and what to do to fix this?

Hi,

Do you refer to the HP Officejet Mobile 250 printer?

Be aware that only manual two-sided printing can be done with the printer, not automatically:

What exact steps are taken to print and what behavior or response occurs when it fails? from which application are you trying to print on both sides?

Yes I am aware it is manual only but it will not pause the printing to give me the option like my other surface pro tablet but it’s two years older
