HP DeskJet 2630 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good evening,

for about 1 month, the printer no longer prints... the scanner works correctly... for the moment, but printing is nothing.

I uninstalled and reinstalled about 7 times.... canceled from Services the Spool Printer...deleted from System32/Spool/Printers the files (sometimes not even all are deleted)...nothing to do there is always a message of error.
Never had to deal with something so complicated to print.

Thanks for the help

Hi @alefotographics,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

To be able to answer you effectively, we need some information.

Are you getting any errors? of shows offline?

Is your printer stuck in the print queue?

Let's perform a Semi Full Reset and see if that helps.

The reset instructions are specific to your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Please click “Accepted Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution. Click the “Kudos/Thumbs Up" on the bottom right to say “Thanks” for helping!
