Product: HP DeskJet 2755e All-in-One Printer

My printer is cutting off 1/2 in or more at the bottom of my papers. How can I fix this? Spoke to HP 2 weeks ago to fix the issue and they screwed up the printer so bad to the point it wouldn't print at all. They had to send a replacement printer to me and I'm still having the same issue. I'm not a happy teacher that's for sure.

HP Recommended

The bottom margin on that printer model is 12,7 mm everything under that margin is cut off, and can't be printed.
