HP DeskJet 2810 All-in-One
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

HP support could not help me to use the 2810 on my windows 7 machine so I searched for a work a round.

SOLUTION I FOUND

* USB connection to windows 7 (64bit).

 

Printing 

Using HP Deskjet 5550 (manual adding to control panel)

 

Scaning

Using HP Scan Assistant for HP DeskJet 2800 series.

 

I did not yet tried WiFi printing from Win 7.

That's a great initiative! Sharing a workaround like using a USB connection to resolve an issue can be valuable for others facing similar problems. It provides a temporary solution while waiting for a permanent fix.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.

 

I see that you are facing an issue with connecting your Printer to the windows 7 device.

Request you to follow the below steps to fix the issue.

 

Unfortunately, the HP smart app is not available for windows 7 OS.

 

Install the printer with Windows built-in driver.

You can refer to this document to install the printer.

Thanks but the link/document is a generic one and not relevant to connect 2810 printer to windows 7.

The reason I shared the work around is to help other user with a  partial solution using USB connection
