Cannot add new printer to laptop.  I need to scan documents on a regular basis. Help!

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Support Community.

 

Please do a wireless reset for the printer and use HP Smart app (Download on the phone  or Windows PC- Microsoft Store) to get the printer connected to the network.
