@rockpramod22, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

If you are having trouble downloading the driver for your HP 310 Ink on your MacBook, here are the steps you can follow to troubleshoot and resolve this issue:

Check System Requirements: Ensure your MacBook meets the system requirements for the HP app installation. Visit the HP Printer Setup (HP app) for more information.

System Update: Make sure your MacBook is running the latest version of macOS. Check for updates by clicking the Apple menu, selecting System Preferences, and then clicking Software Update. Install any available updates.

Internet Connection: Verify that your MacBook is connected to an active internet connection. Ensure that the connection is stable and not using a VPN, as VPNs can sometimes interfere with downloads.

Compatibility Check: Confirm that your HP 310 Ink printer is compatible with the HP app. You can use the Mobile Printing Solutions for HP Printers to check compatibility.

Reset App Store Cache: Clear the cache of the App Store to fix any temporary issues that might be causing the download problem. You can do this by:

  • Open Terminal from Applications/Utilities.
  • Type open $TMPDIR../C/com.apple.appstore and confirm with the Enter key.
  • A new Finder window will open with the App Store caches folder. Move the folder to the trash.

Alternate Setup Method: If the issues persist, try using the HP Easy Start.

  • Go to 123.hp.com/setup and follow the guided steps to download and open HP Easy Start. When prompted to choose an installation option, select "Full Software and Drivers."

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
