I have an inktank 315So far, using a Win XP 32bit PC without any problems.
I have a win 8.1 pro 64bit laptopwell this is the problem, normal installation, but can't print.
detection using a doctor's scan like the picture above is no problem, but when the print test of the properties, how come it always fails.and print from word, excel, etc. are the same.
Installing the driver from the HP website also remains the same as the problem of not printing.
di kantor juga ada inktank 315, kondisi samapakai pc win 8.1 pro 64bit dan win 10 pro 64 bit tidak bisa mencetak.
tetapi pakai pc win 7 32bit bisa mencetak

Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.
